Increase your store’s average purchase amount this holiday season with the new Upsell feature. Offer related products with a discount and earn more from your buyers. Right in time for your Christmas promotions.

What is Upsell?

With the Upsell feature, you can offer an additional (discounted) product to the buyer as soon as they add one of your products to the cart. It will appear as a small customizable pop-up, and can be used for showing upselling or cross-selling offers.

For example, you can use upselling to sell a commercial license for your font or beat. Or you can sell another item that you think will go well together with the one customer already added to shopping cart.

You can configure Upsell to show upselling offer when 1 or multiple specific products are added to cart OR you can configure it to show when any product from your store is added to cart.

How to enable upsells?

The upselling feature is available as part of our “PRO” and “PRO Plus” plans. You need to have shopping cart enabled to use Upsells. Read more about how does upselling work in our Docs.

Sellfy Tip
As of today, the upselling feature is available to users on Business and Premium plans. You can find it under Discounts > Upselling in the Marketing section on your dashboard.
